Now that Justin Fuente is fired at VaTech, are there any players WVU may seriously target that committed to VT? Gunner Givens, or perhaps if we lose Justin Williams could we target Ramon Brown to replace him as 22 RB?

Gunner Givens
Ramon Brown
Cam Johnson

Are 3 I see possible targets, but its definitely open season on any VT commits & targets...

While I seriously hope we do not lose Justin Williams, Ramon Brown would be a quality replacement should Williams decommit..

Losing Justin Williams & Kevin Thomas is not good AT ALL! The one primary reason why Im optimistic about NB is his ability to recruit. Losing Williams which will very soon become a 4 star across the board, and Kevin Thomas, two quality skillset players we DESPERATELY NEED is not a good look for NB & Staff.... NOT AT ALL...

Hopefully we can get Ramon Brown who committed to VaTech to replace Williams, and now with Fuente gone, that at least opens that back up as a possibility.

I knew we lost Justin a few weeks ago, when I offered him an NIL option once he arrives in Morgantown for my new company and he never responded to my message.

If we are to succeed, with ANY STAFF, its going to take ALL OF US.... Donate to the Mac, it doesnt have to be thousands of dollars, it can be $10-$25 per month, if you own a business set aside a small % of revenues to offer a few NIL's per class, buy season tickets, go to games, watch the games at home, buy sports packages for WVU sports...

We need a site or forum to pull resources together for faithful WVU fans, to ensure all our NIL's are evenly distributed and allocated at the most impactful players/positions/etc. This way we are not stepping over anyone's toes and to ensure we can be as impactful & efficient as possible with how those in a position to offer NIL agreements pool resources & offers to intelligently present these offers to SA's...

We need a forum or website solely for this purpose... So everyone can transparently communicate and develop NIL strategies to best nurture positive outcome, for whatever staff may be at WVU now and in the future. Right now everyone is in the dark, there are no communication, there are no strategies... We must combat programs in a better position with creativity & intellect... Starting a forum or website for WV business owners who are in a position to offer NIL is the first step to creating strategies on how to attack this new area that can help our program..

Im extremely busy right now, between my day job and launching a new business, I dont have the time to create another website or manage a forum... Does anyone have any ideas?? We can advertise the website in the WVU facebook forums, and on all WVU sport writer/media coverage sites... We need a centrifuge, a center point to come together and deploy these new tools effectively..

WVU is actually losing verbals. They better mind their own shop before they run after someone else’s verbals.

Just so I didn’t misunderstand your claim. You contacted a verbal in high school and offered him, independent of WVU, money/opportunity to make money once he got to Morgantown. Is that your claim? You did it on your own without going through WVU? Guys let’s see if he moves the goal posts or refuses to answer a couple of basic questions. I already know what my next post is!!!

Not a big deal if it’s 2 or 3 IMO. Crap happens. Kids get fickle.
There will be more if SEC and Big 10 find them worthy and find them better NIL money.

I'm sure opposing teams are claiming WVU is going to fire everyone and you'll get lost. That's how the dirty programs run things.

It’s hard to compete with Big and SEC. I know Pitt struggles like most ACC programs when those two come calling.

Makes it worse when a team in the eastern time zone plays in a conference in the central. Especially when both the money makers say see you around. Combine that with ugly football and weaker co ference and area teams claiming conference destruction. The hole is dug deeper.
