Looks more exciting than last season.
Hopefully it will be, last season was dull till the last few episodes.

Thanks for sharing

The trailers for each of the last few years all make it look like the series is about to heat back up. Then each season has about 30 minutes of actual content, with the rest of the season complete filler.

That is like any movie trailer out there. They show most of the best stuff in it and trend to let you down when there isn't much else beyond that. I hope it is better this season, but like someone else mentioned, the show is mostly filler anymore.

Seriously, is the walking dead a show worth getting involved with.

I enjoy shows liken Supernatural all the way to smallville (old smallville). So I like lots of types, but just the zombie stuff steered me from it for some reason. I'm just not into them for some reason. To me its like the vampire thing, incredibly overplayed.

what ya think. Should I give it a shot?

I only watch 2-3 shows and pay attention. Walking dead is one of them.

Looks like psycho Rick is back for this season. Just proves how desperate times are when that's the guy you elect as your leader.

Yes, I would record the marathon they'll run before the new season begins. I just actually started watching last year after watching it from the beginning. You need to know the whole story.

TWD isn't your typical zombie non sense. One of the best series ever and continues to get better regardless of what some of the whiners have to say about filler episodes.

filler episodes suck, but what the hell, it can't be "show of the year" every single episode. Thanks for the info.

This. If you have Netflix, all but the most recent season is on there. And they normally add the most recent season far enough ahead of time you can watch the whole season before the new season starts.

Yes. It's the best thing on TV. Days when Walking Dead comes on aren't called Sundays in my house, it's called Walking Dead day. I won't miss any Kentucky basketball game to watch a TV show, unless it's during The Walking Dead.

I even read the comics, and I pretty much hate comics.

The show is awful not even top ten of active shows. If your looking for a fictional super natural type of show check out The Strain.

Its like a testosterone soap opera...and then zombies show up. My wife isnt a fan of gory movies but even she loves TWD. I suggest buying season 1 and starting from the begining. You will know after a few episodes If you like it. Most either love it or hate it.

Why the f*** is Morgan such a big deal? Rick met him, they hung out, and then Rick left. They had one more encounter beyond that. Nothing special about him.

That's the problem with most critics. They expect every single episode to be "to the max", but don't realize how shows have to set up story lines and plot twists with more than a 5 minute happening.

And to add to the other guy...not high at all. The ratings and following of this series proves it is one of the best. Is it Breaking Bad? No, but it ranks up there with the best as far as entertainment and captivating an audience.

It really really annoys me that they named the new show Fear the Walking Dead. You cannot convince me that they couldn't have come up with a better name. Even if they just had to have the name Walking Dead in there to make sure idiots knew it was the same universe, there had to be something a million times better.

Here's a spoiler for everyone...read with caution

- Morgan is back. This is going to lead to tension, because WHO HAS RICK BECOME? THIS ISN'T THE MAN I KNEW

- There will be several intense conversations about who will lead and why. Flashbacks. More conversations. More looking at each other. More talking.

- There will be walkers. A couple CRAZY DEATH!! OMFG DIDZ NOT SEE THAT ONE

- They'll introduce Negan at the end of the season in dramatic fashion

- Roll the credits and throw the dough on the hoes.

Love the trailer but I think they are full of BS. They mislead viewers every year with their trailer. I have to think the wolves play a bigger role.
