The person who was killed was on to Rick's right. The blood is all over the ground right next to him and on his face. The closest people to that area were first Maggie, next to her was Abraham, next to him was Michonne with Daryl being the farthest away.
I still say Abraham with him raising up to Negan. Showing Negan he isn't afraid of him. Negan can't let that happen in front of his men and he can't let Rick's group think they can stand up to him. Makes the most sense if they want to change the story from what's "in the comics." (that's for you JasonSpears)
[laughing] After the last season finale, we were having lunch in a safety training class at work the next day with this Asian chick who overheard me say something about staying up later than normal to watch Talking Dead. The conversation went like this:
She - Oh my God....can you believe that? Who do you think it will be?
Me - Hard to say.
She - If it's Darryl or Glenn....(voice steadily raising) I WILL DIE!!!!!.....I(smacks the conference room table with both hands).....I (smacks table)....WILL (smacks table)....JUST(smacks table)....DIE!!!!!(smacks the table for a final time, her eyes as big as golf balls and mouth open, looking around the room)
and I look around and the room with her to see that everyone has stopped eating and talking, and is staring at us....

She's a real cutie, but yeah, they looked like the eyeballs of a GD carton character when she was freaking out.
Knowing TWD, we probably won't find out until the midseason finale. We'll have a bunch of backstory on negan...probably one episode dedicated to how he played baseball in little league and that's how he became accustomed to bats
I'm going with Maggie, can't have another baby mucking up the group. Her being pregnant also makes Negan an even better villain.
Yep, Lex Luthor became a villain when Jimmy Olsen's younger niece became pregnant.

Meh, I don't think the right hand comment had anything to do with letting us know who got volunteered for T-ball practice. If that's a sneak peek at an actual scene in an episode, that's Sesame Street level writing, to kill the person to his right, and then say the word right eleven times.
I think like some have mentioned, it is foreshadowing, even if it is probably just a scene or two away, and Rick is about to lose his right hand.
As for who kissed Lucille, I still think Glenn, with Abraham being next in line if Kirkman and Co. don't have the balls to off Glenn for a second time.

I don't know if it has anything to do with it or not, but Lauren Cohan came to tears when asked about the finale at the New York Comicon. Just seems odd. Everyone was joking around and having a good time and she burst out into tears with her first question.
That's probably going to happen but I think it's a bad idea. It's tough enough to stay alive with two hands. Ask Jamie Lannister about losing your right.
