Methinks if Ash was healthy he certainly would've made a difference in the loss at Iowa. At least he can dribble the ball. And all these games that Turner and Law played out of position...wow old Ash most certainly would've made a difference. It's a shame that while 23 wouldn't have set the world on fire, I believe he would've kept us out of this prolonged funk we're in (see Penn State, Nebraska) .

Heck ya! Our current team is almost unbearable to watch. Ash was our best defensive player and never turned the ball over. Ash had 13 turnovers all last year. Trying to win with tall lanky guys ,shooting clunkfest threes is almost inhumane. Turner and Law have 55 plus turnovers this year along with horrendous shooting. Unless you can drive to the paint, you are pretty worthless.

Did you ever hear of guys named Law or Gaines?

Law has 55 turnovers in almost the same amount of games as Ash last year, where Ash had 13! Ash is shooting at 33% ,same as Ash. But Ash is a better defensive player. As soon as Ash went down, this team was doomed

Well, since the odds of Wrassler being correct about something non wrestling-related is .0001 percent, I will go out on a limb here and say "No".

Ash also had a total of 18 assists all of last season. 18 assists vs. 13 turnovers isn't exactly setting the world on fire when it comes to a point guard.

That being said, he probably would have helped us win a couple more games this season with some added depth (minutes) and the ability to bring the ball up the court. Maybe he would have grown into the role. Who knows; it's a shame.

Now your talking! Ash's speed on defense was exceptional. Very physical guard. Once he got hurt,we lost 8 in a row lasy year.

I know it's 'ole Wrassleroni we're talking about, but we desperately need someone who's "adequate". And we laugh and carry on but it does stink for Jordon. I tuly believe he would've helped.

How many minutes did Ash play? How many minutes did Law play? Think those minutes might make a difference?

I don't disagree that Ash going down limited our options because of our lack of PG but get real.

No question the loss of Ash hurt us this year. He played hard, was solid on defense and could give us quality minutes from time to time. As a senior he knew the offense from the point guard perspective. Whether his play would have led to a couple of extra wins is a question, but there is no question that we miss him on the court.

It would have been a big enough loss if Lathon had been able to come, but without Lathon, Ash going down very likely cost us a few games. Loss of another ball handler and overall depth

I’m always right! The only time I was every wrong was one time ,long ago, when I thought I was wrong! I was actually right at that time!

I'm tired about talking about me! What do you think of me?
I want to talk about me
Want to talk about I
Want to talk about number one
Oh my me my
What I think, what I like, what I know, what I want, what I see
I like talking about you, you, you, you usually, but occasionally
I want to talk about me
I want to talk about me
