He, and many other coaches and players have posted it all over Twitter. I'm not a tweeter, but I check Twitter a few times a day just to see what gets posted by/about OU sports. The Bowen signing was up there before anyone else picked it up.

I am the same on twitter. Nick Harris posted the Bowen news about an hour before anyone else. He said Bowen had signed and was faxing his NLI to Norman.
