The whole idea of paying up big for a defensive coordinator is dumb. We hired BV for this reason and are now just trying to throw away money left and right. We need to stop the bleeding before we bury ourselves in coaches' salaries. We have too many assistants that are not pulling their weight, and BV fired our most productive assistant, Gundy. While I agree that our lack of intelligent coaching is killing us, lipstick on a pig won't work. Remember: we lost to Navy.
We don't need to pay up for a DC.

Dumb comment, BV is a terrific DC level coach, he has yet to prove he can do both jobs, in fact, he sucks as a HC despite how well the defense plays...Aren't you the same Dufus that was trying to sell drugs on this site earlier tonight? Go home!!
