Minus the stomp of course. I was watching Sixth Man (great BTW) and was thinking:

Over the past 25 years, UK has played the role of Laettner (last second shot to win) more than we've had one hit against us. Obviously some games matter more than others, and some of these were with 2-3 seconds left giving the other team a shot

Laettner (against UK):

92 Duke
08 Louisville (Sosa)
11 Indiana (Watford)
14 @Arkansas (OT slam dunk)

For UK:
94 Brassowwwwwwwwww
98 Vandy (Mohammed tip)
04 MSU (Sparks)
09 Florida (Meeks)
09 Miami OH (Wall)
10 Miss St (SEC Boogie- yes went to OT)
11 Princeton (Knight)
11 OSU (Knight)
14 Michigan (Aa Harrison)
14 Wisconsin (Aa Harrison)

What else am I missing? Unfortunately 2 of the 4 against us are still in regular, national airplay. Boogie's tip in is still getting play

It didn't involve a last second shot, but if you're talking about games where we delivered the most heartbreak to an opponent, then the No. 1 choice is easy--1975, Elite 8, UK over IU 92-90--destroying IU's undefeated perfect season.

Oldtimer IU fans will still to this day tell you that 75 team was their most beloved IU team ever (and probably even better than the 76 team) and that loss the school's most heartbreaking ever.

Laettnered is last second shot in a tournament.

Those regular season last second shot means zilch.
