A lot of talk about coach Gran, is it him only? Lots of folks with lots of opinions but what do we really know about this coaching search? Sounds like we're just connecting dot with coaches that Stoops has prior history with. Only thing is that I wonder what happens if Stoops picks someone other than Gran? This board will probably melt.

When I saw the "Meet Eddie Gran" headline on the home page, I thought something official was already forthcoming, until I read the fine print in the caption below the picture. Talk about a teaser headline!!!

At this point, if it's anyone other than Gran, it will very surprising indeed. If it's not him, Stoops needs to have someone equally impressive waiting in the wings.

If the fans on here think it is him then it is him.

Although there are a few fans that actually seem to know what they are talking about, and I haven't seen any other names mentioned that seriously, also you wouldn't expect any leaks until his bowl game is over so he seems like a very good bet. I'm pulling for him.

Got nothing to do with what fans are guessing. Media members with inside sources and good records of getting these things right have put his name out there.

This board can get pretty bad sometimes but it has never gotten as bad as what I've seen and heard on the Finebaum show. That show at times can enhance the value of used toilet paper.

Until we get an offensive line, more than two receivers who don't flinch and a quarterback Stoops might as well hire one of us.

Consider this a Tom Brokaw type moment .... What do we really know? We don't really know anything about..... ?
I don't think the board will melt because of whoever he picks... In December/ January
But it certainly might come September if they play toad frog football and are just bumping their *** up and down the field...........
