I think he died or something. I wanted to ask him a question.

Did you ever use a different height of tees that we see today? I think the kicking tee was higher in the old days, not sure. Did college football ever use tees on field goal attempts?

I got to meet the great Don Chandler from the Green Bay Packers when he moved to Catoosa. I wish I would have asked him..........

College football used to use a black tee on field goal attempts and PAT attempts. They were similar to the ones that high schools still use today. I believe they were two inches in height, which would be the same that high school teams use today. Not sure when they quit using the tee for field goal attempts though.

Back in his day they didn't use tees. Or shoes. Or helmets. They played in 9 feet of snow every day. No food. They ate wool coats and they were happy.

That former Sooner kicker is alive and well, just perma-banned from this board, unfortunately.

no really, perma ban for whatever...really?

the only time a permanent ban should be administered is when it rises to a level that Homeland Security should be notified also. IMO

I'm sorry but I'm laughing so hard right now. A group of 50 to 60 year old men whining and crying about their "buddy" not being able to post on a sports message board. This REALLY does bother you guys BAD. Ha-ha ....maybe if u guys are so concerned u should email Josh and try to get him unbanned. After all it's a sports board, no one should get a life long ban. That's umm, going too far imo.good luck, y'all let me know how it goes

What, get permabanned by a message board that consist of 4 or 5 regulars? Lol fitty with all due respect I think I would live lol. In fact this is the first time I've even logged in quite some time. Here's an idea let's ban the poster who released the "kickers" personal info.....the op of this topic. After all that's breaking board rules. You guys can pout and cry as though he was innocent and I'm big bad mean Yankee. I honestly get a kick out of it. I really do. He trashed me post after post until I fired back with a sig line(which by the way was true) and all u know what broke loose. You guys loved it and got a big kick out of it until I retaliated huh? Lol.u can't have it both ways fellas. I even emailed Josh asking him to unban him I just wanted the crap to stop. Email Josh and ask him for proof if u like. My advice is don't take this board so serious.

fitty, it is what it is. Some people these days can't keep their feelings off their sleeves. The louder you cry, the more irritated people get. When it gets to that high pitched squeal, you will do anything to make them just shut up.

Now what am I standing by for? In my line of work, being asked to standby usually means something highly entertaining.

More importantly, how's the fitty feeling post-op?

Oh pretty good.
The only pain I'm suffering is some of the irritatingly banal posts I've read in this thread.
It's all good though.
Kind of like that morning dump after eating some home made chili the night before. You know, the chili you put way too much Carolina Reaper peppers in?

It just burns for a little while.

This thread pretty much sums up why this board is a ghost town now. Veritas that chicken is awesome.
