That's a two way street right now.
Temps are expected to be in the 20's all day tomorrow.
Ground temps are in the mid 30's.
Those indicate quick accumulation.
The other side is, the sun is higher and with the snow falling during the day with traffic and the higher sun behind the clouds, it could prevent the streets from getting too bad until like you said, after the sun is far down in the west.
