Oklahoma is going to score early and often and the defense is out to make a statement. There won't be many broken coverages so UTEP is going to have to run the ball to loosen up the Sooners. That's not happening.

I'm not concerned about the point spread vs UTEP but I'm sure the margin of victory will be to most OU "Chinaman's" satisfaction.
What I want is a solid performance all around, an injury-free game, with Venables going deep into the depth chart and newcomers contributing well.
Most importantly, unlike Riley's team of a year ago, I hope to see the 2022 Sooners improve as the season goes along.
