Margot Robbie appearing and sipping champagne in a bubble bath was a nice treat when watching The Big Short...

If' we're talking a really quick, uncredited non-speaking role in a film, then you have stuff like Brad Pitt in Deadpool 2, Daniel Craig in The Force Awakens, and someone like Donald Trump in Home Alone 2. If you're talking an unexpected, out of nowhere appearance of an actor who kills it for a scene or two, then Alec Baldwin in GGGR is tops. Other favorites:

Mike Meyers in Inglorious Basterds

Brad Pitt in True Romance (doesn't leave the couch!)

But the king of these roles is Christopher Walken

True Romance

Pulp Fiction

In the opening scene of The Godfather Marlon Brando is stroking a cat while seated at his chair. The cat wandered into the set during filming and Brando picked it up and starters stroking it. It was not planned but they left it in.

So....the cat. In The Godfather.

Simple: My neighbor Mike Strug who was a news reporter for Channel 6 action news in Phila. He was covering the Trading Places movie shoot in Phila. The Santa didn't show, and they used him to fill in for the scene where Eddie Murphy rips the wrong Santa's whiskers off. It's around the 1:55 mark in the link below. I was so proud and still proud of that moment. Awesome movie to boot.

Thinking back they must have used him because he had a SAG card.

My SIL was an extra in "Teachers" as she was in HS at the time. But that's not *quite* a cameo....

This is the best.
Robin Hood at the end who is king? When a voice says “hold”, you know, Of course it has to be…
