Rose and Jim’s on Georgetown Road. Pretty far away from “that” part of Georgetown street. You have to dress up a little, but you can’t beat the ambience. You don’t have to wear a tie, but most guys do. Pretty good prices and a great selection.

Last I was there in 2011, there wasn't much. Seems mixology and the new-age bar movement hadn't quite hit there yet. There was a cool mexican bar and restaurant near the arena, but I think it's closed since.

From a google search, appears they upped their game quite a bit.

They're technically restaurants, but County Club and Corto Lima have some really exceptional and really strong drinks.

Bar Ona is the place if you like unique cocktails. They use stuff I've never even heard of. Strong drinks too.
