Wake gets up early 10-0 after 1st quarter. Cards score TD late in 2nd quarter. 10-7 Halftime score.

Cards and Wake trade TD's in the 3rd quarter and the Cards tie the game just before the quarter ends with a FG.

Both teams punt on their first 4th quarter possession but the Cards new Aussie punter drives the Demon Deacons to their own 2 yard line. This leads to a short field for the Cards who move the ball into the red zone and take the lead on a long FG. 20-17 Cards

WF then drives the length of the field in 2 minutes with big plays and take back the lead with a TD. 24-20 WF.

With a little over 4 minutes remaining, Louisville drives down the field and Malik rushes in for the go ahead TD with a little over a minute remaining. 27-24 Cards.

WF moves to midfield but with 26 seconds remaining, throws a interception.
