Inglorious Basterds: the cellar bar meetup scene. So much tension. I also think Diane Kruger was so hot as Bridget von Hammersmark.

the robbery scene in Boogie Nights. Alfred Molina kills it. I’ve not been in a situation as tense as that one but we’ve probably all been in a situation where we realized we were in a little bit over our heads.

Another couple from IB is the opening scene and the restaurant scene with Col. Landa & Shoshana... wait for the creme.

Another scene from Jaws is the dock scene from when they thought the killer shark had been caught. The change of expression on Brody's face when Hooper explains the bite radius is outstanding. That scene also has a great quotable line... "a what?" The following dinner scene is pretty great also.
