We are UK, the state school with the biggest fan base in the state.

Look at UL's opening game and now look at our opening game.

How can the UK administration and Mitch Barnhart allow UL to become the top football program in the state of Kentucky?

Someone explain to me why UK fans put up with this year after year?

I still cannot believe that UL has a better AD and a better football coach than UK and it's still tolerated by our fan base.

If we don't come back and win this, which is not likely..I hope the heck that no one shows up for the next home game. Our defense could not stop a damn HS team and this is just the first game of the season..

But we got the best Offensive line we've had in years..... New stadium, new facilities, same worthless football team!! Dumpster fire doesn't even begin to describe us.

we had our chance to hire Petrino and we did not. He is an *** but a hell of a football coach. all we keep getting with our ad is loses. I am done with this group yep he lost me already

I and others were screaming to hire Booby P. when we needed a coach....

I knew he was our only chance at being competitive in the SEC.

Mitch Barnhart is completely incompetent when it comes to making good hires.

I have watched my last UK FB game..Someone tell me what Matt Elam is even doing on the field. He is a prime example that "star" ratings dont mean a damn thing..

As long as Alabama wins, does it really matter? UL couldn't beat Alabama, so SEC rules.

Make no mistake, U of L is not the only state FBS program that has passed Kentucky by. WKU's program is definitely better than UK right now.

Yep I was with you on that one as well, and I'm STILL getting criticized for it, by people who want a holy, sanctified coach who loses with grace and dignity.

It's because our fans keep slobbering up tickets. Eventually, enough will be enough. Unfortunately, it is literally going to come to the time when there may be less than 1,000 morons in the stands.

I honestly don't blame them. I'm glad I didn't buy season tickets or heck, even a single ticket since the Joke's first year.

I'd like to think that maybe we end the streak against Florida to salvage something from Stoops tenure. Hey, if we can beat UT with a freaking WR under Joker, maybe we can beat Florida at some point under Stoops.

No, it's never the year. Can't believe people keep falling for this. Their fandom blinds them to reality. They get fighting mad when someone points out the obvious.

We are terrible and always will be. Our best seasons are 8-5 type seasons. What is this? 40 years since we posted a winning record in conference? Nothing is changing.

We sacrifice everything for basketball.

We will continue to fail at football until Barnhart is gone. Barnhart makes terrible decisions when hiring football coaches and negotiating their contracts. Think about how long it's been since UK has been to a bowl game. No other SEC AD would survive if the football program hadn't been to a bowl game since 2011.

It's really quite simple...they don't give a **** if football fails...all that matters is luring the sheeple into the seats and getting the capital to make the other sports succeed and to pay the basketball coach his salary.

The only reason the recent changes were done was because fans stayed home and the income did as well. Make no mistake...the ONLY thing that matters at uk is a winning basketball dynasty...one that can't even win a consistent national championship despite paying to get the best NBA feeder players in year after year...heck, now that I think about it, the basketball team is a failure! Yoohoo!

The ONLY way a change will be made is when the stands are empty just like they were Joker's last year. Just wait and see what the crowd looks like next home game. I wonder what excuse Stoops will use now?

The funny thing is that our 8-5 season in 2007 was even a failure in my opinion. That team was 6-1 ranked in the top 10 after the LSU game and then finished the season 2-4 from that point on, and they only had a 3-5 SEC record. I'm 32 years old and the best teams UK has had in my lifetime are mediocre at best.
