Was watching the gators apparently put down the kitties yesterday until a monumental head-scratcher by a defensive back gave lsu a second chance, which they pounced on and converted into a game winning FG. the dude from "FU" literally took the shoe off the just-tackled receiver and threw it 10-15 yards down the field. so what was a 3rd and long, late 4th qtr stop became an auto first down. if i were a Florida fan i woulda completely lost my sh+t. just last week lsu had a guy score a td that shoulda been called back because replay showed he dropped the ball (like a baton crossing the finish line) before he crossed the goal line. or....remember the ole miss player who hiked his leg and did a dog-peeing celebration that got a flag from the refs and cost the rebs the egg bowl? heck bookie pulls similar stunts and it drives me nuts. give me the professionalism of perine or griffin any day

I’m sure at least one coach has jumped his **** repeatedly and he will go down in gator lore over his stunt

The idiocy among some players is just baffling. If you are a Coach, can you not put it through their ears loud n clear that this level of unsportsmanlike conduct will never be tolerated? Saban would not put up with these antics. Time for Riley to do the same. There is a fine line to cross and to act this foolishly, it deserves tough consequences. Act the fool...and get out of the pool.

I recall his head coach incited a brawl in the Missouri game. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree.

20 year old kid that got caught up in the moment. Big game, fatigue, lots of emotion.

I know it's hard, but try not to forget what it was like to be that young.

There is no excuse for this player's actions that cost his team a victory.
But at big time college sports, players get away with most misdeeds like cheating, shoplifting, stupid displays on the field or almost killing a coed.

In future, I can hear the announcers say something like, "I don't know if that will stand; there's a shoe on the play."
