After reading through the Syracuse case, I'm beginning to feel like what they got was a slap on the wrist. There was systematic academic fraud, illegal benefits, etc. I get a feeling had this been a UK who did this we would have been shown the boot.

IMO they should be banned from post season for 2-3 years, Boheim should be suspended for a year, and their national championship should be taken away. In addition to losing 5 scholarships per year for 5 years. Make it hurt. What they got will only keep them from competing for maybe a year or two.

it takes time when you cheat that long for things to unravel, we'll see how they end up interpreting that with the cheats.
