I read an article covering the blue white event and mentioned how impressive chandler was despite his travels and summer setback. Curious if anyone is aware what the later is referring to. Thanks

On his 2 year mission, he was not allowed to play any basketball. Considering that, he’s doing awesome.
That is completely untrue. It was more of an availability issue as far as getting into gyms at certain locations. Some places he couldn’t at all, whereas in (I think London) he was able to get a handful of workouts in on a semi-consistent schedule. There was an interview on it a couple months back I think. He obviously couldn’t work out like a D1 player would want to, but he stayed in great physical shape and he was ready to go when he got to Lexington. All about getting the feel back. But if he’s really one of the top 3-4 best players on the team, then he must be getting back into it quick.

That makes sense, thanks for that info. Yeah I think he will get better rapidly. Kid looks very talented.

He forgot his shrunken head collection in Papua New Guinea
On a hilarious note my best friends mother was born on Papua New Guinea near a remote cannibal village. Her parents were missionaries at the time trying to get the local tribes to spread the good word.

My neighbors dogs sibling has an owner that said that Chandler’s 8th baby had quite a case of colic this summer.

Not saying you’re wrong but he wasn’t ALLOWED?
Considering that professors from BYU have told me that coffee isn't allowed on campus but energy drinks containing caffeine are, nothing about that situation would surprise me.

Well me neither but there’s a difference between being allowed or not allowed vs having limited ability to being able to do so.

I’m sure they have some down time and time to exercise or do something active. Just me speculating.

Almost. I went to school with several Mormons. One would bring in Red Bull every morning. We gave him all **** about it - he was allowed to drink that because technically it didn’t have caffeine it had taurine or some crap in it. We used to call it a Mormon loophole 😂

Accidentally drank normal coffee. It was a big thing.
I had a buddy that is a morman. When we were kids I got a Pepsi out of the fridge took a swig he said let me have a drink. He hid in our utility room and took a big swig let out a sound like he took a big shot of whiskey. I had no ideal he was “sinning”. I thought it was strange.
