Turkey
Mash taters
Stuffin'
Mac-n-cheese
Deviled aigs
Cowboy Beans
Rolls
Cherry cobbler
Punkin pie
Football & nap

My in-laws are going to some shindig at their church tomorrow, so we're having a big pizza Thanksgiving at their house on Sunday. No cooking, no mess to clean up and the grandkids will scarf the pizza down instead of picking at a Thanksgiving plate.

Bunch of climate deniers in this thread. Here’s what will be served at Kaizer’s tomorrow...

Sick of Thanksgiving food, had enough of it for 31 straight years. Wonder what Asians or Italians do for Thanksgiving.

Before I sit down at the Thanksgiving table I make sure I'm properly prepared. Since this is the grandest meal of the year (and hopefully the last meal for that mf'er Uncle Trey), I'm not ashamed to admit I slap on an adult diaper beforehand. I want no GD distractions enjoying the feast of all feasts. I keep a spare piss jug under the table just in case I have another leakage episode and I do bring earplugs with me too for all that prayer horseshit. The following is what we normally take down over an 8 hour period of time:

23.5 pound turkey glazed with bacon flakes
Ham
Side turkey (w/side of bacon)
Green beans
Cranberry sauce
A 32 oz jug of Miracle Whip
Deviled eggs
3 cups of snail penis
Corn
Rolls w/butter
Horse burgers
Bacon
Sushi (wrapped w/bacon)
Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches
Beans
Small piles of dog **** in the shapes of the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria
Mashed potatoes
Bees
Pringles cans sealed with duct tape containing old farts (for dessert)
A half full piss jug
Yams
A soiled adult diaper
Asparagus
Uncle Trey's GD horseshit
Turkey
Oh, and some Diet Coke

Real answer:
Turkey (even though no one eats the dark meat)
COUNTRY Ham.
Dressing/Stuffing
Mac n Cheese
Cousin-in-law’s yeast rolls from scratch.
Bunch of vegetables
graaaaaavy
Strawberry salad
Cranberry salad (grandma’s recipe)
Sweet Tater casserole (my recipe)
Crudités
Corn pudding (🤮)
Pies and Cakes
Sweet Tea

Best news of all, I only have to prepare two of those and it’s not at my house. It’s been pretty much the same meal for the past 25 years and I love it every time. As long as my Aunt and parents are still kicking, we’ll keep it up.

Best holiday of the year.

Adding greens as she had a nice spicy dish of those as well as all the above.

Settled in an hour or so after eating with a nice cup of coffee and a slice of pie and watched the nightly news. Good day. Family is happy and well fed. Life could be worse.

As Americans we are all very lucky people and I think a lot of us take that for granted.
