My guess? He'd be licking his chops at the raw talent on the roster outside of maybe the QB and DL positions.
I don't believe there is a point. He has ties to PSU and is a football coach so some people day dream about it like a pet unicorn.
I don't know and don't care. It seems to me Rhule needs to be more concerned about the Carolina Panthers' roster and coaching that team.
The reason some PSU fans get moist between the legs when discussing Matt Rhule is very simple......he has never lost a game as PSU coach.
A better question would be : If Matt Rhule should ever become PSU HFC, how many games would it take for "PSU Football Fans" to question his coaching abilities? It probably should be how many quarters.....

He turned around two programs that were basically let to die. Temple is back on track to go away for good but Baylor has sustained what he began so far.
What he could do with a talent head start
He is going to be a success in the NFL anyway, IMO. Or maybe he would do a Harbaugh but they seem to be polar opposites. Plus Harbaugh had his shots at Super Bowl rings.
