Situation - going through a nasty divorce and you(the father) have 8 year old twin boys. Mom is a crazy liberal that thinks one of the boys wants to be a girl because he does girly things when around her. She began transitioning the boy until father stopped it in court. However, this comes today:

This is happening in Dallas. I live near and would absolutely taint the jury/vote not guilty if the father was on trial for doing what he might have to do to stop this.

It's very sad. As a father, how far would you go to protect your son?

That kid is 8 years old. The mother needs to wait until he is older and if he still wants to do this, then go for it. Hell, when I was 8 the most confusing thing I ever experienced was which Hot Wheel to buy with my allowance.

This is FAKE news. The last stories on this case were late 2019. These events are not discussed anywhere else.

Have twin sons who were a month short of 8 years old when I got divorced from my first wife. While she was not that crazy she did try to keep me from seeing them even though I never missed a child support payment. Did not have the money to take her back to court and no amount of pleading would convince her to let me see them. Decided to get them my way. Waited in the bushes one Friday night outside of her work in camouflage until her new husband dropped her off. I jumped out and scared the hell out of her. He got out of his truck but, got back in when I approached him. She asked what I was doing and I told her getting my son because it was my weekend. She said they did not want to go with me but, when I asked them they were excited to go with me. She said that she would not allow it.

Long story short, after telling her and her new husband that the boys were going with me that night one way or another (through them physically or they just give them up) they gave in.

Did not help for the future though, had to break down and make a deal with a lawyer to pay him in installments for his services to take her back to court.

Oh and by the way, the bushes in front of her job were shortened so no one could hide in them again.

There was a hearing scheduled on 8/11 that was cancelled. Many thought it would go in favor of the father. Now the mother still has more control and can enroll the kid in school under the Luna name and continue the transitioning.

So, it is true that there was no new news but there was still a setback for the father in trying to keep his boy a boy.

No minor should be allowed to make a decision like that and their parent/s should especially not be allowed to influence it or decide for them. When I was 8 I wanted to be an ice cream man when I grew up. I sure as hell am glad I didn't get stuck with that choice when I got older. That is just a job though and it is a much different situation than chopping off your junk permanently.

Kids change their minds more than any other age group. The kid hasn't even hit puberty yet and just wait and see what happens when the hormones start kicking in. Might just change the way they think a little bit. They should have to wait until their 18 before getting to make a decision like that.

I also don't like that we are forced to cater to radicals (a person that chops their dong off and gets a boob job thinking they will be a woman clearly is a radical). You have to worry about what bathrooms they use. You have to worry about which teams they play on. Just way to much catering in this country to make sure every single person is included in this politically correct world we now are stuck in.

From what I have read, I don't think the boy even wants to be a girl. Let's just say, I'm glad I'm not in this situation as a father. All rationality would go out the window, and at that point, who knows what I would do. This is the worst kind of child abuse. But here we are in "Woke" 2020; which is really nothing more than a Beta Cuck Circle Jerk..

that man had to know what she was before he bred her...so part of it is on him. for 5000 a month, hell for 5000 once, hell for about 350, I know a couple pig farmers ...

As a side note... the father is the father, the "mother" is not. Not biologically. And no. It is not Fake news. Only vibrants want yo hide their extreme agenda. Personally, Dad should just go postal on the judge, the doctors, the lawyers, AND the mother. These people are insane, and abusing his kid. No jury would convict him.

So he should become extremely violent and/or murder a judge, his child’s mother, and several doctors and lawyers?

Yeah, I think he’d eventually get convicted. Don’t believe that’s legal.

Mom owns her own law firm, specializing in divorce and family court... she's said from before I was old enough to remember, the females in her cases are generally crazy, and despite her best efforts (she's very good, retiring soon), sometimes you just can't help the guy in these cases. They were screwed since the beginning.

For those still unmarried, be careful what you put your dick in. I just got yelled at because I forgot to load the dishwasher... I've cooked the last 5 dinners. But **** me, right?

What the hell do guys get out of it at all in the 21st century? My eyes are wide open.

This case gets attention because of the legal battle. There are many others where BOTH parents are lib nutjobs transitioning their child. I read one example where an 18 month old toddler girl supposedly said "I a boy". The kid is now 8 and the parents have been raising her as a boy and are looking for the first signs of puberty to start hormone therapy and other "treatment".

I would go about my life, mind my on F’ing business, and quit getting all bent out of shape over sensationalized crazy *** stories you read about on some Infowars-type online tabloid.

Get a life, loser.

Not sure what you’re trying to prove here. I know someone personally who has gone through this; it’s one of the worst abuses ever. If you want to believe that situations like these don’t exist, that’s fine, but it does. This is a message board to discuss things. I don’t think anyone is “bent out of shape” but keep doing you.

Calling someone a loser on the internet. That’s rich.

It's worrisome for sure. A lot of these females have skated by. I love my GF, even if she gets on my nerves from time to time, but the real problem is that she has next to zero life skills. Basically coasted by on her good looks and her parents did everything for her. And now, in her 30's, she doesn't bring much to the table.

For now, I don't mind being her boyfriend, a place holder for her Dad, her dog's caretaker, sole decision maker, and a human google search engine.. But I can see that wearing on people, and IDK how I can do all those roles if we have kids.

Knowing what I know about divorce, there's going to be some measures taken to protect my assets if we do get married. That's going to be a tough conversation, but, guys gotta protect themselves.

Absolutely. That sounds a lot like what I went through.

Ive thought about it, and I cant come up with a single reason why a woman who truly loves a guy and wants to get married in todays society wouldnt sign a prenup. If they absolutely refuse, its a huge red flag, and you know youve made the right decision bringing it up now before youre on the hook.

It’s helpful if you don’t start dating a compete loser. Actually being intelligent enough to pick a good mate is a very important life skill.
