Of course, the one is much more serious than the other, however, it’s the exact same philosophy. Which is why I hate it so so much. I hate it anywhere I see it.

Leading, of course, to the beneficiary of those lower standards to celebrate their artificial accomplishment, even though they have not actually improved in anyway compared to the previous standards they were unable to meet.
