that Northwestern on game day has had any excitement in Evanston. It is unbelievable as devout fans we have suffered 3 years. Albeit Covid played a part but it has been bookended by two really bad tears of fan experiences. So go on NU roll those dice. Build your Ivory Palace then jack your prices up to oblivion. I am certain that the sponsors you finagle out of those coveted advertising dollars will be elated with the camera shots of a more desolate stadium that is usually viewed. As a ST holder for 27 years I found myself walking out of several games in 2019 and not going back in. Fortunately last year I had a TV but could not enjoy the experience in person. Then this year was much like 2019.

This is a great point, last year was fun but nobody was there to see it in person, so it’s now been 3 years since we’ve seen positive, exciting football in Evanston. That is discouraging. I think they’re going to have to price the “normal” STH seats aggressively or at least phase in the PSLs prices gradually or STH base will really take a hit. The trifecta of bad football, attrition after COVID and jacking up prices is not going to be good.
