decommit due to the implosion of the Big 12 and uncertainty surrounding the wvu program? Recruiting will be a lot tougher.

So you think everything is hunky dory? Too funny.
Nope but 1-2 decommits (which happens EVERY YEAR TO EVERY TEAM) isnt gonna make me flinch. Lol. UGA had 2 de-commits in past month, Bama had one, OSU had one. Reckon they’re shitting their pants?

Until conference affiliation and P5 status is resolved WVU is on the defensive. We recruit against all the schools that are secure. A Mountaineer recruit has to be wondering.

If they're only coming here because your P5 then why did they come in the first place? Recruiting will be the same.

You lack a lot of knowledge why a player chooses a school.

So...was recruiting better without Big 12? Why did 55 million get wasted on the player's new playpen?
Why do you pretend to be a WVU fan?

WVU has averaged between 35 to 40 ever since the beginning of recruiting rankings.

So which is it? Players come because of the play pen or because of P5 status? Make up your mind.

So in your opinion... being in a P5 conference ...and bleeding money on non football related program enhancements ...has not paid off in any recruiting improvements. Then why do it?

Your assumption is updating facilities and being in P5 increases recruiting. This is the first time ever WVU has surpassed top 20 in recruiting. Had nothing to do with BIG 12. Facilities increase is a necessity no matter what conference you're in.

First your kind screams we can't recruit if going 5-7 to 7-5 every year. Yet here we are 17th?

Now its program sucks because nobody wants us. Make up your damn mind. You're either a WVU fan or not.

So now you're saying it has made a difference. So then what happens when the big game is East Carolina? Let's see...I'm a four star and can choose between several schools in the P4...or I can go to WVU and play Youngstown State....humm.

He still hasn't arrived in Morgantown, and would be a pretty big loss, if he never shows, as he was one of a small handful of four-star commitments in the 2021 class.
His status is entangled in the NCAA's eligibility center, which delays his arrival and puts his status for 2021 and beyond in question. The expectation is he'll get cleared. But I have my doubts.

If WVU was UNC he would be practicing now as grades don't matter to UNC.
