Where Penn State basketball targets stand in updated On3 rankings

On3 Sports updated its list of the top 100 basketball prospects in the Class of 2023 on Monday, and several recruits with a Penn State offer made the cut.

Ok, so these are recruits with a PSU offer, how many/who do we actually have a shot at?

A swag on my part says we get 1 player for every 10 offers ( probably higher than that).
