I just read an article on about Flagg wanting to come back next year, can you believe the sh— that goes on at Duke. The guy would or will go number one in the draft and the kid wants to come back, lol. They should have won 10 titles by now with an embarrassment of riches they have had at that program. Well we will see if he can turn down those millions of dollars, Sheppard couldn’t and he was a Kentucky boy that would have millions if he had of stayed in school too, but he didn’t.

RShep had to strike while the iron was hot and the draft was weak in order to go lotto...Flagg, probably not so much

Flagg will probably get close to $10mil for coming back to Duke (probably $2 mil from ESPN alone)..

And while I do think Reed had to strike now.. for someone like Flagg, he's an "apparent" can't miss future star in the NBA. I'm not sure you want to risk that playing unnecessary extra seasons in college. If he's truly set to be this good, he's gonna have career earning that could literally reach the Billion mark, with the rate these contracts are going. He tears his Achilles and thats all gone.

Another wrinkle here.. if he stays, then that for sure means someone is decommitting at Duke. Of course Duke would take that scenario and I would too.. but it might open up a recruit for UK.

They will be the first 1 seed eliminated from the NCAAT.
I can definitely see that due to only laying like 2 good teams the past 2 months but they are definitely one of the best teams overall. I could see a championship or a second round flame out type result. That is kinda the tourney in a nutshell though.

I agree. They are good but untested recently. That's gonna hurt them n March.

There is less than a 0 percent chance he comes back. No way.
