Yea I know this thread sounds strange but thr has a thread who are your least favorite college basketball teams? Duh I wonder who leads that list? Of course they still can't spell. Maybe there is something to the claim they have that most unc fans are alumni of unc. The spelling gives it away. Happy to report that no Duke fans hijacked the thread showing class by naming unc. Just to keep things on an even keel who are your favorite college basketball teams. Let's see how many of the unc's we get.

2. A.B.C.

I like teams with great ball movement. Very few teams still build offenses around passing. St. Mary's comes to mind. The Ivys do it a fair amount.

I do like and keep up with my hometown team Elon. I also check out B.Y.U. I know one of their players Elijah Bryant who transferred from Elon a couple of years ago. OFC

Duke and Syracuse are my favorite teams because of the friendship with Boheim and Coach K. When Syracuse isn't playing Duke, I want them to win, BUT they did make me mad for a while this season though.

Oh Yea, and anyone whose playing the holes, the turtles, and U.K. Are my favorite teams also!

Well I have an Uncle that graduated from Notre Dame in '78 and his daughter, who was Valedictorian of Ypsilanti (MI) HS and graduated ND in 2014. Her Valedictorian speech is on YouTube, Katie Mattie..ha. She was a member of the ND band and actually has a published book named Majik and the Oracle at Delphi which she wrote as a 10th grader in high school. You can buy it on Amazon, BarnesandNobles.com, etc...lol. Anyhow...she is now the assistant sports information media director or something like that. Ha. Gets to travel with the football and basketball teams and all that good s**t. Sooo, after all that bragging, lol, I am getting at the fact that Notre Dame is almost as important to me as Duke in bball. It just so happened that when I was young ND bball wasn't all that fun to follow and even though I loved David Rivers..ha ha..I happened to see this team with Mark Alarie, Johnny Dawkins and those boys that lost to Louisville. I thought they were really cool and they wore my favorite color so that was that. Doesn't take much to sway a 12 year old. Lol.

I lived in Charlottesville for a while so find myself cheering for UVA generally when they aren't playing Duke or Duke doesn't need them to lose for conference play or similar.

I enjoy watching St John's struggle mightily for over two decades while their fans declare elite level status due to one FF and 3 BET titles. That run in the 1950's was just magical.

Duke. Besides that, probably whoever is playing Carolina. Life at home with two young kids is quite busy for me these days....my time to watch a multitude of games isn't what it used to be. Hell, a lot of the time I find myself watching those 7pm games on tape delay once the kids have gone to bed.
