Who had 6-6 and the Quick Lane Bowl?

If they go 6-6, there should be NO bowl game. Even at 7-5 there should be no bowl. But the B10 won’t allow it because of $$$.
Disappointing, but this is a game we knew would be close. Offensive efficiency was bad today. Our tackles were bad. SC was far from great today. Lee finally got going a little. Defense is good, not great. They can't win games, but a cushion of 28 would be beneficial.
This team needs the additional practice.

Screw you. I am sure these kids don’t want to take a vacation with teammates and receive gifts because you aren’t happy with the record. These kids are working hard.

We hear this opinion every year but nothing ever changes. It’s the same issues over the years, never fixed. Having another 2 weeks (or so) of practice isn’t going to change a thing with this coaching staff.
The bs money argument. Would you be happier if we were only paying $2 mill.

They can finally learn the offense before it changes coordinators again.
LOL. I get a chuckle every year when this comes up. Do two extra weeks of practice really carry over into the next season? If things aren't clicking through 12 weeks of a season, why will it suddenly happen thru 14?Does it?

We owned NYC mass transit system on that last game. I'd go back there in a heartbeat over someplace warm
With Texas Tech becoming Bowl Eligible. That is a possibility in the Rate Bowl.
if Rutgers beats Maryland and becomes Bowl Eligible (or beats us) Pinstripe may take them.

Someone laughed about the extra practice being helpful. Most coaches will tell you that they get more time to work with and evaluate the younger players via bowl prep and practices.
And just who the hell do we think we are that we're so freaking special that we turn down bowl invites? Lower your expectations and respect these kids. In particular the seniors have worked hard and deserve to enjoy a bowl experience. If you don't want to watch it, don't freaking watch it.
Spend that extra bit of time getting over yourself.

No one is turning down a bowl game. Some of the posters on these sites are in la la land most of the time

We need kids that want to PLAY FOOTBALL. The “opting out” last year said a lot.
This program is in a downward spiral that is gathering steam in the wrong direction…desperately needs change…probably a hard-a$$ coach…an anti-Franklin if you will …or it is very likely to continue…next year’s team looking to likely to be worse…
