Looney, Bonner, Ross, Cross... I think. Then any late additions. Got most of the LOIs in the first hour. Stoops claiming stake and building a fence.
Just got Ross LOI as I was typing.
He and Looney have me worried. Get them on the board and then add a guy like Nelson and I'm very happy!
Everyone has signed. Only player we may add at this point will be Brian Cole and he won't count against the 25.
Stoops hasn't said outright as far as I know, but it looks like they are done now. He did say that scholarship numbers will be limited next year, so they probably wouldn't take anyone else unless it was an impact type of commitment.
Only thing I can see that would lead to limited scholarships next year, is the 85 player limit. Officially we only used 22 LOIs this year since we can backcount three. So next year be are at 28 again against the LOI limit.
Right after NSD it almost always looks like we will have a small class the next year due to the 85 limit and a smaller number of seniors. Unfortunately attrition always occurs between now and next years NSD.
Not to disagree with Blue Decade, we probably are done for now.
And that is actually a positive for 2017. It means that UK will have more experience on it's roster.
We need to get some bigtime dlineman imo... I like carter looney ect. But they are will need to be developed with a redshirt ect.. Be nice to get a dline haul like our oline got this year
