Travis Hunter needs to stick to (mostly) one side of the field. Picture Charles Woodson (shut down corner but spotting him on offense with Michigan) and when it really matters (like the Redskins with Darrell Green) let him return punts. If he tries playing 75 plays a game in the NFL he will be Jamarcus Russell without the bad attitude.

Hate him all you want but Djokivic has to be mentioned. I actually like greatness and love watching him play.

Track and Field star for Kansas as well.

1) The 7'2" goliath ran a sub 11 second 100 yard dash and also threw the shot put 56 feet. Despite competing and excelling in both sprinting and throwing his best events were not surprisingly the jumping events as Chamberlain triple jumped in excess of 50 feet and successfully won the Big 8 Conference high jumping competition three years in a row.

Deion Sanders was pretty d@mn impressive.

He is but imo bo was so much better at baseball it really overshadows any argument in his favor.

That's crazy to think because deion was plenty good at baseball. Bo was just way better plus had those insane baseball highlights. Running up the wall was especially absurd.

Bo had the highlights and the injuries stalled his career totals, but a case can be made for Brian Jordan over Bo. Brian played 3 years (36 total games) in the NFL, making one Pro Bowl. Bo played 4 years (38 total games) making 1 pro bowl. Bo had a career WAR in baseball of about 9. Brian Jordan was at about 33.

Bo Jackson is the guy for sure.
Why not Jordan? He’s the most graceful basketball player ever. Also played good baseball, almost as a joke or after thought. He had not played baseball in 15 years when he decided to play in the minors. He hit homers in his 30s against guys throwing 90 mph.

his golf game is pretty damn good for taking the game up late.

Hard to judge overall in regard to speed, strength, agility, ability to play other sports, etc. . . . but just in terms of clutch performance and totally dominating a sport that is very difficult to dominate, I would suggest Tiger Woods.

My favorite bit of info in that Bo Jackson doc that came out like 5 years ago was when he casually mentioned he never lifted weights šŸ˜‚ What an absolute freak

Hard to argue against one of either MJ or Lebron but I’m partial to basketball in these athleticism conversations. The size, strength and speed is just nuts at that level

Joey Chestnut - he ate 70 1/2 hotdogs and buns in less than 10 minutes. You think bo Jackson, JIm Brown, Jim Thorp, Wilt Chamberlin or any of those other guys could have done that? 😁

Jim Thorpe

He excelled in multiple sports including track and field, football, and baseball.

Winning 2 Olympic gold medals in mismatched shoes he found in a garbage can, one that was too big ... after his shoes were stolen has not been topped and won't be soon. Freak athlete 50 yrs before Bo was even a thought.

Gaius Appuleius Diocles would wipe the floor with all of em

What does Gay Applebee's dog got to do with sports? He crates that dog all day, so I makes sense he climbs the walls when Gay gets home from work. Don't make em no athlete....

I seriously doubt it even occurred to them to try.

I'll never be convinced that Bo Jackson isn't the best pure athlete of all time. He was a genetic phenomenon.

Thorpe( Olympic decathlon champ, in his prime considered best football player in the country, and a pro baseball player).

Jackson( all star in MLB and NFL, all SEC in track( I think ) despite not really practicing it.
