No one? LUC? All B1G teams?

What are you looking forward to in the madness?

I will root for Big Ten teams because it makes the conference look good to be successful and it helps to be associated with a strong conference and makes a losing NU season look less bad. Also will be rooting for the Ohio Bobcats because I have a graduate degree there. Aside from that, I may be watching to catch the Big Upset or Great Game. It actually may be easier to watch a game between two games that you have no rooting interest in because you can just enjoy the game and hope for a good game rather than biting your nails during a tight game or suffering in frustration over being way behind or even being fearful that a big lead is not enough.

Georgetown-memories of 1982-85. I watched them crush Creighton but the refs let both teams play a very physical game. Another crew would have fouled out both teams in the first half

Colgate. Interesting game v Loyola Maryland for Patriot league title. Two good coaches: Matt Langel for Colgate and Tavares Hardy for Loyola. Pat Spencer’s brother Cam started for Loyola- he is taller and shoots better than Pat but doesn’t seem as athletic. Colgate has multiple good three point shooters.

All BIG teams, especially the Boilers, and any teams that have NU or Purdue affiliations!

I'll root for all BIG teams, but my special rooting interests lie with:

Michigan - they get a bunch of my money for one kid
Michigan State - they are about to get a bunch of my money for the other kid
UConn - they give me the money that will then go to the two schools above

I was watching some of that game and I saw Cam Spencer on Loyola Md and I wondered if he was Pat’s brother, he looked related and I know Pat was at Loyola Md pre NU. Glad you confirmed my supposition haha.

My BFF is an Illini grad and fan. I want him to be happy. And Illinois is a fun team to watch.

1. Michigan State and Georgetown (I don't know who I'll root for if they play each other).
2. Any other Big Ten team except Illinois
3. Gonzaga
