Who won the KSR Republican debate?

Will was on Larry Forgys campaign ticket running for attorney general, when I was on Forgys campaign staff. Bright, smart guy who doesn't give a **** about what the polls say, legitimately votes for what is best for the people. Would be a breathe of fresh air in Frankfort. That being said, he has 0% chance, and won't get anymore than 1% of the vote.
Scott by far is the best choice. Hopefully this got him some needed exposure since he was the only one that seemed concerned about fixing problems and had a plan, instead of just spitting out rhetoric. He is right that you have to serve the entirety of the population Kentucky and not just the people that voted for you.
I'm going with comer...anybody slap a woman around is all about getting things fixed. (please note, i can't even vote in the primary...its a joke)
Heiner lost, for sure. Bevin didn't change any votes. Comer might actually be helped by the scandal.

Same here. Scott was easily the best from what I heard. Intelligent, fairly articulate, and seemed to have a plan. Whether the plan would work or not, who knows, but he has one.
Scott followed by Comer, Hiner was terrible and Bevin wasn't memorable at all. I liked Scott's prison reform talk. I think all politicians need to sway in the favor of gay marriage because it's gonna happen everywhere eventually and I wouldn't wanna be caught on record saying I was against it in 15 years if I were planning on running for something on a national scale. But then again, I'm fiscally Republican and Lean slightly left on social issues.
I went in with Comer, but came out with Scott even though he probably has no shot...
Wonder why Matt did not ask any of the candidates about the Yum Center or the scandal he says is going on at UL...
You're right on the gay marriage issue. You're also leaning the way the majority of the younger members of the GOP are headed. The GOP will change and will have to.
not much a Governor can do about that. Up to the mayor of Louisville to insist on a more fair financial agreement with UL (never going to happen), and the State Auditor to dig into the dirty details of the lies told to get the financing approved to have it built. the Attorney General could also do an investigation as well.
Or I guess a governor could order the President of UL to renegotiate the contract, as the Pres & the university board are appointed by the Gov.
Scott would maybe have a shot in November, if he could just get there. He'd steal a lot of Democrat votes in EKY.
I've practiced in front of Scott. Great guy, extremely intelligent and listens. Flew combat missions in Vietnam. I pray he wins
I know he's carved out a good niche here in KY and in some other national sports stuff, but I wonder if he has any ambitions outside of Kentucky?
I think his show will eventually end up on SEC network. I can see it happening.
