You have zero idea who is flying your plane ahead of any purchase and you aren't screening commercial pilots so you're basically FOS...never mind you have zero idea how qualified they are or are not just by looking at them. This notion you are talking to HR in the hospital and asking of a Doc is a DEI hire must go well....I'm sure they disclose that to you as well. Psst, anywhere from 20-40% of pilots are DEI hires.....aka veterans. I wonder how you decipher them in the 3 minutes you see them before they board a plane....hmmmm, wonder how you know?
