Why don’t you come to a game? Since you will not come, you have no basis to complain.
I think that college basketball is bad in general, and with a bad team it makes even worse.
Who really wants to watch a team shoot and miss 6 or 7 times out of ten. Northwestern has no inside presence

Bad teams are no fun to watch. But bad teams that are bad because they can't shoot, can't drive to the rim, can't get to the line, just can't score? It's really really not much fun to watch. And I'm the fool who's been to 15ish games this year. I'll be there for Rutgers next week, too, but this feels like a low point tonight.
Pardon was 8-14 tonight. Problem was the rest of the team was 12 for 49. Law was 3 for 17.
Why are you asking a question then answering it in the same thread? Couldn't we just avoid all that?
Hot take: I thought the crowd was pretty decent, at least as far as attendance, especially considering Penn State brings about 10 fans. The balcony was mostly full while the lower level was more sparse. Too bad the team didn't give us much to cheer for.
1) Out of your almost 8000 posts, approximately how many have included a negative or derisive comment about Carmody?
2) How does your use of the phrase “Carmody sucks” compare with the use of the phrase “Carthago delenda est” in Latin classes, “Remember the Maine” in politics and “Sorrow floats” in the novels of John Irving?
3) How would you compare the Carmody era to the KON era? To the Byrdsong era? To the Tex Winter era?
4) Will there ever be a time when you comment on a current or future state of the program without a reference to Carmody?

They cant downsize it but they should just block off 209, 210, 208. Save money plus make it look fuller.

1) Not that many actually, but 100% of them against Carmody-huggging trolls who couldn't care less about the team, most of whom have already been banned by the mods for their obvious trolling (e.g. Mystic)
2) Not at all comparative, since it is used only as a response to Carmody-hugging trolls
3) Again, you are missing the point. I don't actually believe Carmody sucks, I merely use it since it get's under the skin of the Carmody trolls, who then tend to step over the line and get banned, much to the delight of most everyone on the board...
4) Actually, I post often on that subject with zero Carmody references.
