I have recently moved to a new building at work and have noticed that there are always Styrofoam cups in the bathroom stalls. I asked the custodial staff about them and they say they remove them every day and everyday there are new cups in there. They are as confused as I am about the cups. Does anyone have any ideas about what is going on here?
