You hope that he can come back and be as good or even better than before… Seeing the previous progressions im betting on the latter

There is either a crisis of confidence on the team or a crisis of character, possibly both. That extends to the coaches and training staff as well.
Agreed but I don't think many of us are really concerned about the bowl game. We are concerned about the future. The sport is eroding before our eyes.

Well it isn’t going to be easy considering Navy will be at full strength. They dont have to worry about the opt outs. At least OU will not have to worry much about the Navy passing game so this game should be very entertaining. I hope OU can win but it will come down to ball control.
I see this as one of two possibilities. 1. the receiver room was asked to leave or 2. the receiver room quit on the team for next year. We did not exactly tear it up on the offensive side of the ball last year with respect to the portal, except for Burkes. I'm not sure what momentum we have that will change that this year, but hey, maybe Ben Arbuckle can make a dent in this complete meltdown of our offense but we are facing some systemic issues beyond the injuries.
