Monty python and the holy grail is totally hilarious
You love it, I hate it, it's great to be an American and have freedom of choice
His new documentary ish movie, Will and Harper, is worth a watch. Will’s longtime friend and former SNL writer transitions to a woman. The two take a cross country road trip and discuss Harper’s personal journey. Some silly moments that seem a bit contrived but the subject matter is interesting and it’s about a real person and how her choice affects the friendship.
Sandler has a much wider range. Some of his dramatic roles were very good.
I am a fan of Will but agree with some of these comments. I think some of his best material is from SNL. Here’s one.
Ferrell, Cheri Oteri, and Chris Kattan really saved SNL in the mid-90's; they were all part of The Groundlings and auditioned for SNL. Ferrell's schtick (outside of impersonations) was the straight guy always bordering on the brink of losing it (personified best by his Alex Trebek impersonation and Dysfunctional Family Dinner dad) or releasing his inner rage at the most inappropriate times (Little League dad). He was also a big everyman who wasn't afraid to put it out there.

Agree on Sandler; personally, I like Ferrell's humor better but Sandler can do a lot more IMO. And, he's been single handedly keeping the careers of David Spade, Chris Rock, and Rob Schneider alive. I'd add that Sandler seems like a genuinely good dude - his cast with Farley, Spade, Schneider, Hartman, Carvey, Nealon, Meadows, etc. is maybe the best ever. Rare skit below features one-year only cast member Jeanine Garofalo....
He's another one people love to hate on. Just like WF...some of his stuff is great and some I could do without. I'm not sure why everything is so binary now, but I don't love every Godfather movie...clearly it got worse...doesn't make them all suck.
Another one of my favorites. The performers were laughing so much they barely made it through the skit......
