Will Florida have any gas left in the tank tomorrow?

Whatever gas they have won't last anywhere close to 40 minutes.

Heck, they ran out of gas with 10+ to play last weekend.

I'm sure they'll be up for tomorrow. Are they saying anything than inflammatory? Worst I've seen is Frazier saying UK is "pretty good" but beatable. They're better than pretty good but I'd agree beatable. We'd want our guys being confident also.

They will play like world beaters the first 8-10 minutes then we should start taking over.

I always think fatigue does not set in until the second half of the 3 rd straight game. The team that has already played a tournament game has slight advantage. We need to play defense and we will be fine, Gators have no answer for out size.

I agree that we take them. Take them easy. BUT I also remember we were a slip and a fall away from beating them last year on our third try.

What I like is them (FL) running their mouth. Nothing has fired up this team like opposing teams running their 500 winning percentage mouths.

Keep it up gators. Willie and Karl are listening. They play hard when they listen.

They will have gas, they have only played one game. They are as healthy roster wise, as they have been all year. This will be a closer game than most think, especially if we come out like cardboard cut outs like we did last Saturday.

And still won going away by 17 big uns.
Kinda scary isn't it?

UF is running their mouths because they know their time is short.

UF will fold up like a pup tent early in the 2nd.

Yes they will. The A third game in 3 days would probably affect them some, but come on these are 18-22 year old young men. They've got plenty of energy. Won't matter though. They're going home tomorrow. They'll have plenty of time to rest up then. UK will probably play 3 in 3 days, but that's yet another great thing about having tremendous depth. Our guys are probably less worn down at this point in the season than most teams.

Florida isn't even an NIT team and Kentucky is going to destroy the little gators with big mouths tomorrow,it won't be close this time,it will be a rout.

I'm inclined to agree that we rout UF tomorrow. I do believe - at least I hope - that how close Florida was last weekend reminded them on any given night....

On the other hand, we'll see if our guys take it for granted they will win. I would think not? But you never know -

In all seriousness I think our guys are on a mission and actually have a chip on their shoulders because of what happened last year.

I expect us to steamroll through the SEC tourney.

It feels like all of Big Blue Nation will be in Nashville tomorrow, literally or in spirit and UK comes out romping loud, early, and often.

Love the predictions of big wins but these are superbly conditioned athletes and would love to stomp us. Not saying it's the team's mindset, but if Ky doesn't come to play early, that tiredness will evaporate.

I've many articles on Gators saying they want revenge on Willie for dunking on them and vow to get him back...They better not try something dirty...

Having played a game is an advantage for UF,with that being said I think it will either be a blowout or go down to the wire. There won't be a single digit Cat win. 15+ or a loss.

Any advantage (from having played already) will be gone by the first TV timeout. Florida may come out jacked up and UK may be a bit off balance in the first 4 minutes. But, that will change soon enough.

Over half of the Gators field go al attempts were three pointers in the game with Bama. They will work the shot clock against us except for runouts. I would like to see us jump out on them early instead of playing from behind.

We got no chance if it is close.

Florida had 10 players with over 12 minutes each yesterday. Finney-Smith played 33 minutes, and no one else over 27. Not as big of a factor as I would have expected.

^^^This.

I think UK gets a fast start, and I'd love to see the Cats up by 8 at the first TV timeout.

Agree^....Doesnt anyone remember last year. The shoe was on the other foot. I dont recall our guys saying they were afraid to play Fla.. They were confident. And look what happened...we dam near beat them. So do be counting Fla out yet. If they got a lead late in the game fatigue dont matter as much because it an undefeated team and its a tournament. A loss and their season is essentially done. They are a cornered Gator, nothing to loose.

I'm sure they have enough gas in the tank to climb on the bus for the long, lonely ride home.
