Joe will vote according to what furthers his political career, that's what he's always done. Case in point - when every poll suggested that Killary was going to win Joe supported her, these days it's all about how thrilled he is with Trump. I've lived in Joe's home county since he first ran for the state house and he has always been that way.

Agree, but it will be interesting to see if he has any stroke and uses it where WV is concerned.

He is friend, but he has to realize that WV wants no part of the left, left
National Dem Party. Vote what is best for people or he will hear Joe's
Got to Go in a big time way. You may see Cole against him or McKinley
if he votes with left.

Never said you did. But Joe never got to vote on the House version......thus rendering his comment nothing more than a political one. I'll bet he will vote yea on the Senate version if there is one.
