Will KU have to vacate wins?

With information coming out that his mother took out a loan from a firm associated with lending money to players who get drafted? Not a very smart woman to say the least. If so, this could be a very good year in regards to us stretching out the all time wins lead. UNC is on the cusp of hopefully having about two decades of wins erased and Syracuse lost 108 and us going possibly 40-0 doesn't hurt. However, and I may get bashed for this, I don't think that KU should be penalized for their stupidity, but fair is fair. Cal's last two teams got the same raw deal.

Under strict liability, the answer is yes.

However, the NCAA will decide that strict liability no longer applies and not use it until they can nail UK on something in the future.

Yep. They'll find some justification, if it's about Cal and UK.
