Will Loggains be able to make changes to offensive staff? (RB coach rumors)

I heard it suggested that Loggains might bring along Arkansas' RB coach Jimmy Smith. Not sure if true, but it made me wonder if, as the OC, Loggains will be given the opportunity to bring in new personnel? Smith would probably be an upgrade for us. Otherwise not sure there's much that needs to be changed. Arkansas folks seem to think it's a possibility, posting that Pittman needs to make sure Smith doesn't want to go anywhere, ever.

He is supposedly a dual threat QB kind of guy from what I have read. Might be a good thing if we can get back to that since we had a lot of success with that type of offense in the Connor Shaw days. In any event, guess we will have to wait to find out 1st who we have to work with at the skill positions and exactly what that skill set will allow us to be on offense.
