The markets not looking so hot, if things continue to fall will there be bailouts to help major companies taking hits such as Boeing?

Hope not. Will republicans actually act like republicans and also be against a general bailout? You guys are supposed to be against that type of thing. Communism/Socialism/Welfare......remember?

For the record and have stated before, I am not against government bailouts in all circumstances. A bailout of companies due to this coronavirus reactions to random companies, very much against. But make no mistake, it is going to be rough going in the near future for many companies and our economy.

It's Trump....YES....there will be bailouts.

This is what I'm talking about. You leftists are gearing up to bash Trump for something he hasn't done yet, but not a word when Obama did it. His bailouts are part of what's left of his legacy, for crying out loud. Do you really not see your hypocrisy?

He certainly needs to look into bailouts for the hotel and golf course industry.....maybe casinos.

In other words...

Or maybe look into bailing out illegal aliens, by paying for their housing, healthcare, higher education, give them welfare and shield them from our laws....Right?

You literally cannot read. There are different answers to different problems at different times. Has nothing to do with the president.

Whether they vote or not isn't what I said...You leftists always dodge the subject of your 'leaders' are all for open borders for illegal aliens, forcing American citizens to pay for their housing, healthcare, higher education, give them welfare and shield them from our laws. What do YOU think about that? Are you for it? This is the bull$h!t you vote for. Care to answer or will you just duck, dodge and keep running away from the question(s)?

You people are batshit crazy if you think we won't bailout the airlines.
I don't know if the politicians will or not. I'm going to guess you may be right and they will. I am speaking only on my viewpoint in this thread on the subject and I am against it.

I don't think will they or won't they is even a discussion. I don't care which party is in charge. It will be all kinds of hilarious to watch Trump and Trumpers (many of which were pretend tea partiers) bend over backwards to excuse this, but it's not a discussion.

Which is why instead of saying one way or the other, I gave my opinion on the subject of "should they" and not "will they". And as you can see, most Trump *** suckers won't stand up for a conservative value. They are all in. All in Trump's *** and whatever he does, that is.

It'll be because Biff "saved the airline industry and what was done for the auto industry was entirely different".

Random companies or industries? For instance, I agree if it’s just picking random companies. They should go through Chapter 11 and restructure as necessary, if it’s Boeing, so be it. Boeing got to be too big and is over leveraged.

If it’s the entire airline industry, meaning the carriers (not the manufacturers) I think that’s an entirely different matter and is likely worthy of more discussion.

In general, I’m against bailouts, and at present, I’m not for these potentially discussed options.

Say no to bailouts.

Or if we're going to bailout companies, then we can pay off student loan debt. Fairs fair.
