A reporter asks a good, reasonable question about a struggling player and the coach has a total meltdown. Not sure what you all are seeing but I thought this clip made Wade look like a whiny b*tch.

Man, I agree. And I just hate it. In a weird way, I love watching the makeup of this team now that JQ is healthy. Sucks, but is what it is. It’s uncanny how much the depth of this roster was celebrated, yet here we are again. Ugh.
He wasn’t and hasn’t gotten big recruits prior to JMI. Don’t rewrite history. To date, the biggest get was a guy coming off of major knee surgery that was going to be available for 50-65% of the season.
Caleb Wilson committed to UNC before the JMI deal was signed. That's where the negative recruiting against Pope really began, to my knowledge. Pope and his staff took Caleb to Keeneland, rolled out the red carpet for him, were certain he'd come here, it was a done deal in their eyes.
Then he committed to UNC. He was probably laughing about it with Hubert Davis. And it's been all downhill from there in terms of recruiting. These coaches all talk to one another. They see Pope for what he is
Why does cheating even get brought up anymore. It’s a free for all for every player. The rules are gone. He was just a year or two early and got caught. Doesn’t mean a thing to me
They should have rolled out a green carpet, with George Washingtons on both sides, and forgot about Keeneland. These kids don't give two s.hits about horses, unless somebody is giving them one worth millions, in an NIL deal
Our arena is literally named after a coach who specifically paid players $50 a game and stockpiled talent. Everyone in the country except Kentucky fans know our tainted history —- we shouldn’t GAF about looking “clean” or any of that stuff. Win the titles, stack Rupp full of banners and let the losers complain about how we got ‘em. There are no ethics in sports, just wins and losses.

I’ve seen all of it. However, in hindsight, Wade was ahead of the game. He just did it before it was legal to do.
Calipari was as dirty as they come. Every single one of our fans thought this, UNTIL, he was hired here. Then, it was one excuse after another for him.
Zero doubt, that getting Bledsoe eligible, and Wall eligible here in Calipari’s first season, was completely fraudulent.
None of that matters at all now, because cheating is 100 legal, and encouraged.
The only completely clean coach we’ve had is Eddie Sutton.
And let’s not kid ourselves, Calipari was as crooked as a corkscrew.
There was a time I would have said the same thing about Billy Clyde Gillespie and Mark Pope. Both of those Facebook marketplace coaches were eventually hired by kentucky.

I have no problem hiring a scumbag coach. I’m in favor of hiring a scumbag coach.
But there are much better scumbag coaches out there than Will Wade.

Yeah, he’s a piece of trash and always has been. He was the same way at LSU and nobody outside of his own college liked him.
