There seems to be a little bit (very little at the moment, but it's there) of momentum for doing away with the winter portal. Kiffin called it right last week when he noted the total chaos that's caused by having free agency start during the season. Have one window in the spring would be one sensible and easy fix the NCAA could make. There's no particular reason there needs to be 2 windows. It would restore a little bit of sanity to the game.
