OSU won big at TCU. So they have one loss to Baylor. had OU lost today, we could not have won the conference if WVU won their last two. But since we won, we will play OSU with a chance to be undefeated in the conference. But if they beat us, we'd be tied and 8-1 and since they beat us, they'd be the conference champ and rep in the Sugar Bowl.

OU is Big 12 champs, but the winner reps the league in the bowl or CFP as league champs, but both get titles. If OU wins, no split titles. Sooners cannot allow OSU to beat them for a title at home!!!

This was changed 2 years ago, after the Baylor/TCU mess of '14. Now, if there are 2 teams w/ the same record, the head to head winner is declared the sole champion. No shared titles anymore.

OSU lost to Penn State. aOm lost to Central Michigan and Baylor...Just the facts...
If aggies win in Norman, the FACT will then be we have identical conference records where they beat us in the head-to-head. Losses to CM and rapists won't matter worth a squat.

Next year if this happens OU and OSU would play each other and then play each other again the next week in the conference championship game. What a conference!

The little xii commie commish, didn't apply the rule that was the same then as it is today in regards to head to head in a two way tie. Tea Cup was higher ranked at the time, he screwed Baylor in thinking TCU would remain that way.
