Burton was fabulous per usual. Who ever heard of 9 steals in a game? That's a season for lots of people. And how about 14 assists. Veronica passed up lots of points herself in order to set up open teammates. Announcers said she is a strong candidate for national defensive player of the year. She is leading the country in steals per game. What a player!!

Totally agree about VB. On one possession she gave up a wide open 3 with a alsopass to first year Hartman, who drained one from the top of the key. Just amazing. Courtney Shaw just an excellent game, she is so athletic. Rebounds well above her height. Also Coach M definitely coaches to a defensive system.

The bad news is that Courtney Shaw missed one field goal attempt.The good news is that she made the other 10 attempts. Oh yeah she also had 10 rebounds

Hartman is not a first year, but the point is very well taken. Brown is a first year who was also the beneficiary of Burton assists
