Women's weight: a few too many or a few pounds too light?

I'm not talking about extremes (although I fully expect pics of huge women with perhaps a few skeletons thrown in). But, do you find women with a few extra curves or a bit on the skinny side more attractive?

For me, it's a few extra pounds. There is a point of diminishing returns for being thin for my taste.

At my age I'm happy to see any woman without clothes, so I don't really care. However, I will say that back in the day I only dated women that were thin or in good shape. I think it's a cyclic thing; when one is in their teen years you don't care as you'd probably lust after just about anything. After that you go through a stage where you're extremely picky until you reach middle age, provided you're single. After that, one reverts back to their teen years where just about anything goes.

I'll take #2 any day, although her thighs appear to be a little too full. Everything else A+. That AZZ! Much better than that stick figure #1 who does absolutely nothing for me.

I approve of this message. Give me a Salma Hayek (who, by her own admission, tends to be a bit heavy at times) vs some super model, pipe cleaner woman.

If you go with contestant #1, you can look forward to spending some time with contestant #2 eventually. If you start with contestant #2, prepare for the inevitable day you have contestant #3, whose azz is two ax handles across. I'm older than most on here. Trust me, that train only runs one direction.

So many truths in this statement. I’ll take a little in the thin side every time.

It’s been 34 years and I’ve still got something closer to #2. Wife is within 5 pounds of what she weighed when I married her. And I didn't have to spend decades trying to get excited looking at an adolescent boy. Just lucky I guess.

Amen brother!! Truer words have never been said. My wife was on the thin side when we met and now, 27 years later, she’s put on 10-15 lbs and looks absolutely wonderful. Some of my buddies wives have gotten really big and that just grosses me out. Literally makes me squeamish. Most don’t even have sex anymore and I can’t blame them.

I'm not sure I agree with this. Been married 33+ years and my wife is within 10 pounds of when I married her. Not every woman lets themselves go to pot, although probably more than half do (and probably a higher percentage of guys do). Myself, I'm within about 18 lbs of when I got married but some of that undoubtedly is because I got married in my early 20s and have filled out somewhat with age, weight training, etc. OK, I could be skinnier but I've kept it together a lot better than most and you can still see some of my abs vs a big-*** belly.

Living in CO, I see a lot of women who are very active physically and therefore have long skinny arms and legs and I just don't find that look attractive. I really like a few curves even if they're a bit TOO curvy for some. Certainly see a lot of 40+ YOs who look great, keeping themselves in great shape.

I thought you were supposed to love them because of their mind?

1 all the way for me. Wife is 5'10" about 140lbs. Used to weigh around 125-130. At 47 she has maintained her weight well.

One of the former custodial workers at my plant had a thing for women with huge butts. Little skinny guy, of course, and he came in one day with a copy of one of those magazines featuring women with huge butts. He was immediately sent home but his Mom called back the next day and said that his counselor told him it was ok to read material like that since he had some "inside issues" that he was working out and it was better than going around chasing women. We used to hire custodial workers with some sort of mental disability so they could do something useful instead of sitting around all day. Go figure.
