Its a shame we live in such a fragile world that grown men can't raise their voice when it comes time to mentor the youth...

Most young people need "a few pointers" at times. I see nothing wrong here and no reason a recruit would either.
A sprinkle of Bobby Knight is imperative in the ingredients for a good head coach.
Yeah when I saw it I immediately like Herro about 3x more. Not because what Cal did was so bad, but because Herro took it. A lot of big time guys I feel like would have rolled eyes and walked away at minimum. Hell about half the guys I coach would do that or more. Gotta be very careful with players feelings these days. Can be frustrating
