Any of you fitness enthusiasts ever use a suspension training system like the TRX system or something similar? Pros/cons? There are a couple of different versions on Amazon. The TRX runs about $150 but there are other similar options for about $50. Just wondering if they are something worth checking out or should I just stick to free weights.
